37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Boon Lay / Lakeside MRT station)

⏰ 3:00am - 12:00pm (Overtime as required)

4days' of work, 1day off cycle (Inclusive of Weekends & Public Holidays)

Gross salary up to $2,500 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare various ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
• Assist in cooking and preparation of sandwiches' fillings according to standardized recipes.
• Cooking of ingredients - ensuring proper food safety temperatures and cooking processess.
• Assemble sandwiches accurately and efficiently, following the portion guidelines and presentation standards.
• Package finished sandwiches according to packaging specifications, esuring proper sealing before delivery to outlets.
• Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils and work surfaces before, during and after use.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.

Job Requirements:

• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• Previous experience in a kitchen / food production environment will be preferred but not required.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended period of time, lift moderate weights (up to 20kg) and perform tasks requiring bending and reaching.
• Able to work 3:00am shifts, following the 4days' of work, 1day off work cycle.
