Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to lead the outlets to achieve Sales KPIs
• Partner with management team to develop and implement sales strategies and any other operations planning
• Guide and motivate sales team
• Ensure outlet's operation is aligned with SOPs and Government regulations
• Manage sales team and resolve dispute due to sales related issues in outlets
• Maintain customer satisfaction and manage customer complaints
• Lead the outlet staff in continuous learning and personal growth
• Collaborate and build strong relationship with other departments/outlets

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 years of working experience in a related field.
• Good in leadership and daily operations planning.
• Posses a good sales initiative in selling and customer service.
