Korean Noodle Shop - Hiring Manager (Yishun Northpoint Mall)

We are expanding and are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Korean Noodle Shop, Yishun Northpoint Mall.

[Position]

• Restaurant Manager (Full-time)

[Key Responsibilities]

• Oversee daily restaurant and kitchen operations
• Manage and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Work closely with management to meet sales targets and improve operations

[Working Conditions]

• Location: Yishun Northpoint Mall
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week (including weekends and public holidays on rotation)
• Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

[Requirements]

• At least 2 years of F&B management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Korean or Asian cuisine operations is a plus
