The Opportunity

• Maintaining good relationships with new and existing customers.
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
• Liaising with finance department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
• Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
• Following up on sales inquiries.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities.

Your Background

• Diploma in any field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in inside sales position.
• Experience working in IT distributor environment would be an advantage.
• Results-driven to achieve and exceed sales target.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport.
