Our client, an established distributor of authentic Japanese food products, is seeking for a Senior Sales Exeuctive / Assistant Sales Manager to manage existing accounts and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing key accounts (restaurants).
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in local market.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with Operations teams for promotional campaigns, new product launches, and inventory planning.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with customers and partners to maximize profitability.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG, food distribution, or a related industry; experience in Japanese food products is an advantage.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Knowledge of Japanese is an added advantage to communicate with management and customers.

Other Information:

• Office located in Tanjong Penjuru
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm
