Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage daily business operations to ensure seamless, efficient, and timely service delivery.
2. Develop and enforce logistics strategies, policies, and procedures aimed at maximizing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
3. Proactively identify logistical challenges and implement practical, data-driven solutions to improve performance.
4. Ensure full compliance with applicable logistics and transportation regulations at local, national, and international levels.
5. Design and implement training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and foster continuous learning.
6. Define clear performance objectives, track progress, and ensure consistent achievement of operational targets.
7. Address underperformance through timely feedback and corrective action plans.
8. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners.
9. Collaborate with external partners to drive continuous improvement and explore innovative practices.
10. Research and assess emerging technologies and systems that can enhance operational capabilities.
11. Conduct routine evaluations of the operational network to identify improvement opportunities.
12. Implement targeted changes to optimize workflow, increase productivity, and enhance service quality.
13. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of operational improvements and inform decision-making.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management

• Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff

• Preferable experience in FMCG warehouse

• Preferable with Class 3 license and Forklift license

• Proficient in WMS
