Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of staff to grow the business through staff motivation, coaching, customer management and customer experience
• Handle daily operations including customer complaints and administrative paperwork
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, meet branch KPIs (e.g., monthly sales, customer spend), and increase profitability
• Track sales performance of outlet and implement improvements
• Provide personalized recommendations for hair care products, packages to customers and perform hair treatments and other services when necessary
• Manage and schedule staff roster to maintain optimal manpower
• Train and develop staff to increase their performance and efficiency

Requirements :

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hair care or related industry
• Prior supervisory of 1-2 years of experience is preferred
• Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to build great customer relationships
• Able to communicate in Chinese due to Chinese speaking customers
