Responsibilities

• Render the high level customer service to all customers
• Assisting of customers
• Handle basic arrangement of the merchandise
• Display the products according to the guidelines given
• Other ad hoc merchandising duties
• Work closely with the internal departments on the relevant promotion events
• Handle all escalated queries/feedbacks from the customers

Requirements

• Minimal experience in customer service/retail will be a bonus
• No qualifications required
