Summary:
Manage cash forecasting, liquidity, finance costs, budgets, working capital, reporting, system improvements, compliance, and provide strategic insights.

Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets for cash, liquidity, and finance costs, tracking performance against targets.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts with inputs from relevant teams.
• Monitor cash positions daily and optimize funding and cash use across units.
• Oversee finance costs and debt, using trade financing and scenario analysis to optimize liquidity.
• Produce reports on cash, financing, and costs; track KPIs, analyse variances, and provide insights to leadership.
• Benchmark cash management against peers and support strategic decision-making.
• Support treasury system upgrades and improvements with IT and vendors for better automation and accuracy.
• Manage working capital to optimize cash conversion cycles.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; assist with audits.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Business Units, Tax, and IT.

Requirement:

• Degree in Finance/ Accountancy.
• CPA/CFA certified will be an advantage.
• Minimum 8 year of experience in group cash planning/ cashflow management.
• Proficient in finance, economics, and corporate financial strategies.
• Proficient in Excel and finance tools for cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
