• In-charge of handling volunteer from recruitment till retention.
• Adhere with volunteer policies.
• Plan, deliver and support Senior Volunteerism programme and Volunteer Leadership Programme
• Organise recognition initiatives and outreach campaigns to promote volunteerism.
• Support fundraising and donor engagement initiatives.
• Strengthen partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to align volunteer efforts.
• Evaluate and refine volunteer strategies based on feedback.
• Build and maintain collaborations with grassroots organizations, schools, and corporates.
• Maintain stakeholder databases and track volunteer metrics.
• Monitor budgets and funding for programs.
• Provide secretariat support, including meeting coordination and reporting

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level
• Have experience taking care of Geriatric
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days

Mon to Fri - 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm

Sat - 9am to 1pm
