Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily sales operations
• Supervise and train sales staff
• Support promotions, displays, and customer engagement
• Handle customer service and feedback
• Coordinate inventory and product availability
• Assist with livestream and festive campaigns

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years in retail or sales leadership
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Familiar with POS systems and basic office tools
• Experience in F&B, livestream, or social media sales is a plus
