As a Manager, Clinical Quality, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Collaborate with teams and external parties to ensure adherence to clinical governance standards
• Implement processes to monitor and enhance the quality of patient care
• Develop strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate clinical risks
• Oversee the collection, accuracy, and confidentiality of clinical data
• Mentor and manage junior staff
• Oversee budget planning
• Develop and update plans for managing outbreaks and pandemics
• Supervise infection control measures to prevent healthcare-associated infections
• Plan and execute clinical audits to assess adherence to standards
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess Degree in Medicine / Nursing / Allied Health / Healthcare Management with experience in healthcare clinical quality related work.
