Join us because: As our Sustainability and Product manager, you'll be at the forefront of an accelerating startup. You'll work at the intersection of AI and sustainability. You will:

• Anchor critical engagement with our clients (global brands), helping them secure their supply chains with our platform.
• Build new solutions and features alongside our technology team (ex. Grab, Bytedance, digital finance), integrating your sustainability expertise with tech. You'll be immersed in the latest in tech, software and AI.

Apply if you:

• Are an extremely self-driven individual who takes initiative and executes quickly (actually does the work), occasionally with low-direction.
• Have a broad range of practical experience in sustainability or ESG. E.g., sustainable sourcing, supplier engagement, tackling deforestation and human rights issues, carbon emissions accounting/reporting, sustainability reporting, ESG regulation compliance. Examples of previous roles: sustainability consulting (big4), in-house sustainability roles.
• Are ready to grow quickly and learn lots.

What you'll do:

• Anchor engagement with existing clients: deploy our platform in their organization and supply chain: on-boarding, training, ad-hoc sustainability analytics (may include geospatial work).
• Support business engagement: work cross-functionality with business and tech teams to support engagement of new clients.
• Develop new features and products: work closely with the engineering team to bring tech and AI solutions to sustainability challenges. You'll bring sustainability expertise and knowledge to the equation, and you'll get a play a pivotal role in imagining new solutions to life.

Requirements:

• Located in and able to work in Singapore. Excited to collaborate in person: >3 days in office; right at Paya Lebar MRT.
• Bachelor's degree: we prefer candidates with technical degrees in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Earth Sciences etc; or technical work experience in sustainability.
• 2+ to 5 years of working experience in broad-based but practical sustainability roles (i.e., sustainability consulting or corporate sustainability).
• Experience with any programming language is a plus. Experience in GIS is a plus.
• Strong and confident communication skills: [External] You'll speak directly and independently to senior managers of the companies we engage. You'll lead solutioning with clients. [Internal] Be ready to voice your opinions succinctly and concretely in internal discussions. We drive towards consensus fast then act.
