Overview

Project Manager to lead and oversee hotel development projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, quality, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects that meet client and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of hotel construction projects.
• Manage overall project schedule, budget, and resources to achieve timely completion.
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, resolve technical issues, and drive problem-solving on site.
• Oversee quality assurance, ensuring works meet client expectations and international hospitality standards.
• Manage project reporting, progress tracking, and documentation for management and client updates.
• Lead project meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Support handover processes, including testing, commissioning, and defects rectification.
• Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring strong collaboration and performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering hotel, hospitality, or mixed-use commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of local construction codes, regulatory requirements, and authority submissions.
