Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers courteously and promptly, ensuring a positive dining or shopping experience.
• Take and process orders accurately, whether at the counter, table, or through a POS system.
• Prepare and serve food or beverages in accordance with company standards (if applicable).
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service counters, and workstations.
• Assist in stock replenishment and monitor inventory levels for supplies and condiments.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Support kitchen or back-of-house staff during peak hours or as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Participate in opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and cash handling.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals and service standards.
