Key Responsibility :

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to ensure the execution of key sales activities, including cold calling, client meetings, proposal presentations, and customer engagement
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers across various industries
• Formulate strategies to expand the company's customer base while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall company sales targets
• Support and execute targeted sales initiatives aligned with company goals
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective after-sales support
• Promote and introduce new services to both existing and prospective customers
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting
• Collaborate with the team to gather and update market intelligence, including customer needs, traffic mix, competitor activities, and trends to develop effective sales strategies
• Gain deep understanding of customers' industries, including their business operations, financial concerns, and supply chain requirements
• Coach and mentor sales staff in identifying opportunities, conducting sales visits, and driving customer conversion, retention, and growth within assigned territories
• Ensure timely execution of customer orders and manage project-related payment collection
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and market analysis for management review

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
• Strong sales track record with an established and reliable customer base
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, as well as the local language
