Key Responsibilities

On-board and configure applications into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins.

Configure build pipelines, test environments (SIT/UAT), and Artifactory repositories.

Verify deployable artifacts and ensure release readiness.

Write and maintain UNIX/Shell scripts for automation and deployment tasks.

Verify deployment objects in target servers and troubleshoot as needed.

Raise Change Requests for infrastructure-related needs (Network Firewall, LVM, SSH, Connect Direct, Backups).

Ensure release documentation is accurate, complete, and adheres to organizational standards.

Support infrastructure management and monitoring using tools such as Nagios, GENEOS, and Splunk.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable releases on schedule.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

5 to 10 years of relevant experience in BFSI domain (Banking/Finance/IT).

Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, build tools, and release management.

Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Sonar, Artifactory, Git/Bitbucket, JBoss/WebLogic.

Strong scripting skills in UNIX/Linux shell scripting.

Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

Familiarity with Control-M job scheduling and ability to analyze/optimize scheduled jobs.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proven track record of delivery-focused performance.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.

Experience with Aldon LME or other release tools.

Experience with PCI/security compliance in financial systems.
