Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- Lead and manage Salesforce architecture and development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Collaborate with offshore development teams (Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese communication is a major plus).
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Oversee the delivery of internal tools and client-facing systems.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
- Proven track record in leading teams and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English-verbal and written.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is highly desirable.
- Prior experience working in a recruitment company or HR-tech environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to bridge business and tech.
