IN BRIEF

We are looking for a Social Content Producer to join our growing team. This role reports into the Senior Content Producer and will be responsible for supporting the development and production of engaging content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development and production of engaging content across multiple formats, including video, short-form social, animation, AI-generated assets, copywriting, and digital content.
• Assist with social concept development and storytelling to bring marketing ideas to life across campaigns and live events.
• Support on-site at shoots and live events, capturing and producing live content.
• Manage production timelines for editing and adaption of video, imagery, and copy for different platforms and audiences.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, client objectives, and campaign narratives.
• Explore and experiment with emerging content tools, including AI-driven creative solutions, to enhance storytelling and production efficiency.
• Manage content assets, ensuring proper versioning, organization, and sharing across internal teams and clients.
• Manage dispatch of content assets to clients, and media platforms.
• Assist with reporting and analysis of content performance, and social campaigns to inform future content strategies.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, ideally within an agency or marketing/creative environment.
• Strong understanding of production timelines and requirements for live shoots, editing, and animation, from concept, pre-production, shoot to post-production to ensure projects are delivered on time, and budget.
• Strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and digital production tools + workflow (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, or equivalent).
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills - with an ability to create mobile social content independently is preferred.
• Understanding of social and digital platforms, and how to create content tailored to each.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple content tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools (image, video, copy) and enthusiasm for experimenting with new technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable supporting live events and working flexibly when needed to meet production schedules.
• An understanding of paid social media platforms (eg, Meta, Tiktok, YouTube) and ad purchasing knowledge is preferred but not essential.
