Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Review SOPs, monitor safety standards, and ensure compliance with brand requirements.
• Conduct inspections, address guest feedback, and drive service improvements.
• Manage departmental expenses, inventory, and manpower planning.
• Hire, train, coach, and build a motivated and cohesive team environment.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' housekeeping management experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, service-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English language skills an advantage.
