that will give you broad product knowledge across markets and banking, insight to Corporate and Investment
Bank-level strategy and projects and elevate and expand relationships across the entire bank. Over time, the

As a Relationship Manager within our Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division, you will be supporting
Corporate and Investment Banks with their strategic and tactical decision-making in three main areas, with
several additional smaller areas:
Client-facing Relationship Managers are either based in our Central team covering multiple clients or are part of
a dedicated account team embedded within a bank. In both cases, these trusted advisors work directly with
business heads, strategy teams, business management, and other key stakeholders to coordinate the delivery
of Coalition Greenwich analytics products and support bank personnel to utilize these analytics to make day-today
and long-term business decisions.

As a Relationship Manager within our Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division, you will be supporting
Corporate and Investment Banks with their strategic and tactical decision-making in three main areas, with
several additional smaller areas:
- Competitor Analytics: Benchmarking of revenues and headcount to assess competitive positioning and opportunities.
- Financial Resources: Analysis of cost, Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), exposure, and returns to understand resource requirements and efficiency.
- Client Intelligence: Quantitative sizing of individual client wallets across Financial Institutions and Corporates which are used to assess and target specific client opportunities, coupled with qualitative client feedback. Together these quantitative and qualitative analyses are used by banks to define an actionable client strategy.

business heads, strategy teams, business management, and other key stakeholders to coordinate the delivery
of Coalition Greenwich analytics products and support bank personnel to utilize these analytics to make day-today
and long-term business decisions.
You will have the ability to:
- Immediately step into a client-facing, relationship management role. You will manage and run day to day interaction with key client contacts.
- Build a network of market knowledgeable individuals within your client bank and conduct regular meetings with these individuals to gather market insights.
- Prepare commentaries documenting key takeaways and insights.
- Own project management from inception to delivery, mapping out and managing the deliverables through the project lifespan, collaborating with colleagues to achieve desired outcomes, and ensuring effective use of Coalition Greenwich internal resources.
- Analyze and interpret analytics and present the output intelligently and impactfully to clients. This includes presenting analysis to senior management and outlining the takeaways for the business.
- Manage the workflow process with our India-based data center.
- Support contract negotiation and scoping/pricing client projects.
- Increase business where possible by identifying opportunities for new projects or expansion of existing engagements.
- Set project metrics, identify the means of intelligence gathering, and prepare and present the results to client senior management.
- Develop an understanding the competitor landscape and key performance differentiators within the Corporate and Investment Banking space.
YOUR EXPERTISE:
- Bachelor's degree required, post-graduate degree from a top business school preferred.
- Experience in financial services consulting, sales and trading, or corporate banking.
- Knowledge of Global Markets, Investment Banking, or Corporate Banking, likely to have been gained from working within an investment bank, sales and trading, corporate bank, the financial services practice of a consulting firm, or a specialist competitive intelligence firm.
- Excellent communications skills and the ability and willingness to present analysis to senior client stakeholders in an engaging manner.
- Analytical mindset and ability work with large datasets to derive compelling insights to support client business strategy.
- Robust project management skills demonstrated by track record of successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects and coordinating work across multiple teams or stakeholders.
- Strong degree of independence, drive, and self-motivation.
- A proven ability to work autonomously and to take ownership of planning own workload, as well as demonstrate pro-activity and initiative in completing tasks and building networks.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to easily build rapport with senior clients.
- Genuine interest in and passion for the financial services sector, along with a desire to further develop your knowledge and understanding of the sector.
