Job Requirements
- Maintain and update employee information in HR systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., medical, insurance, leave, claims) and handle related queries.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Prepare C&B reports, including payroll summaries, headcount, and cost analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with external vendors (e.g., insurers) to resolve employee issues.
- Provide general HR administrative support to the Compensation & Benefits team
- Coordinate scheduling for training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and employee learning history in HR systems.
- Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and evaluation surveys.
- Support in sourcing and liaising with external training vendors and facilitators.
- Track training budgets, invoices, and payments.
- Generate reports on training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness.
- Respond to employee queries on training schedules, e-learning platforms, and L&D policies.
- Provide administrative support for wider HR projects when needed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource/ Business Administration or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate/ Entry Level is welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel.
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Organized and meticulous with initiative, good working attitude and willing to learn
