About the Role:

DELTEQ, a 30+ year establishment in ICT business, seeks a driven and enthusiastic fresh graduate to kickstart their career with us as an Outbound Sales & Social Media Marketing Associate. This is a dual-role where you'll get hands-on experience in both client outreach and digital marketing. What You'll Be Doing:

Outbound Sales

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Reach out to leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our products/services.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Keep records updated in the CRM system.

Social Media Marketing

• Assist in planning and creating content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, company website, etc.).
• Help monitor engagement and respond to messages or comments.
• Support the execution of campaigns and contests to grow brand awareness.
• Track basic performance metrics (likes, shares, followers) and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with 1-2 years of experience and holding a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with outreach and engaging new people.
• Creative mindset and interest in social media trends.
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, or any CRM.
• Prior internship or project work related to sales or social media is a plus.
• Should be well versed with all social media platforms and have knowledge of basic digital marketing concepts.
