• Salary:Basic Up to $7,000 + Fixed Transport Allowance ($1,200) + Mobile Allowance ($100) + Commission & Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to drive overall sales performance, productivity, and team morale.
• Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring the team consistently meets monthly sales objectives.
• Monitor and review team performance, provide coaching, and deliver accurate revenue forecasts against sales targets.
• Oversee and ensure due diligence in all credit proposals submitted by the team, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across the full sales cycle.
• Stay updated with market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
• Build and maintain strong business networks to generate sustainable leads and partnerships.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in SME Banking, Corporate Lending, Mortgage, or Property Loans.
• Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience in managing and coaching sales teams.
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets with a results-driven and self-motivated mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence a sales team.
