• Permanent position, Salary up to $4,000 with bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with principals and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Analyze customer data to identify upselling opportunities and support strategic initiatives that strengthen retention, increase throughput, and drive revenue growth.
• Champion digital solutions to enhance customer experience and expand market presence.
• Oversee supplier and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service standards.
• Manage customer feedback channels (surveys, call centre, email) to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Support aftersales procurement projects, driving cost-efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives and strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs, including parts purchasing, financial targets, and customer retention.

Who We're Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive or aftersales; fresh graduates with strong data analytics skills will also be considered.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
