Vatos Kitchen & Bar is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Bar Captain to join our growing team in the heart of the CBD.

About the Role

As Bar Captain, you'll take the lead behind the bar-setting the pace, keeping the energy high, and making sure every guest leaves with a great drink in hand and a smile on their face. You'll be responsible for keeping operations smooth, the team motivated, and standards consistently high.

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in agave spirits and creative cocktails (bonus points!)
• A desire to grow with us as we expand and evolve

• Competitive salary: $2,500 - $3,000/month
