Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless and personalized customer experience that reflects the brand's values.
• Create a high-energy, engaging store atmosphere by actively connecting with customers and team members.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Assist with in-store visual merchandising, ensuring the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
• Take ownership of specific store activities (e.g., stock handling, visual displays) and support general operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures for receiving merchandise, pricing, stockroom organization, and store maintenance.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for the brand and a strong interest in fashion retail.
• Minimum 3 years' retail experience preferred; however, motivated individuals without experience are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with a proactive, hands-on approach to daily tasks.
• Tech-savvy and open to using digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
