About the Role

As a Beauty Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand - helping customers discover products they love and delivering a service experience that keeps them coming back. If you love all things beauty and enjoy connecting with people, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers and provide personalised product recommendations
• Promote our loyalty program and help customers discover ongoing benefits
• Guide customers to our eCommerce platform for added convenience and repeat purchases
• Perform basic beauty services and assist with product trials in skincare, makeup, and fragrance
• Keep the store looking beautiful - clean, stocked, and compliant with brand standards
• Handle cashier duties accurately and support with stock control and inventory checks

Requirements:

• A passion for customer service and love for all things beauty
• Basic product knowledge or keen interest in beauty trends and brands
• Prior experience in retail or service industry is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
