Job Description

.To provide food to all guests, internal and external, in a manner that is professional, efficent and friendly

.Prepare processed foof for outlets and customers

.Prepares all raw cooking materials and all mis-en-place as required

.Provides functional assistance and direction to the kitchen daily

.Maintain central kitchen good hygine standard

.Prepare orders according to the recipe and ensures that all portioning is correct

Requirements

.At least 3 to 5 years working experience in F&B industry

.Able to cook Chinese Sichuan Mala, hot pot etc

.Must have good communication skills
