Warehouse Supervisor

Job responsibilities of warehouse Supervisor :
1. Coordinate the entire warehouse and distribution process management, establish and optimize work standards for each link including receiving, sorting, packaging, shipping, inventory checking, and delivery, ensure that warehouse opening and fulfillment timeliness meet standards, and enhance order fulfillment efficiency and customer satisfaction;
2. Be responsible for the implementation of warehouse order plans, coordinating internal and external resources (such as transportation capacity, manpower, etc.), ensuring order fulfillment rates and customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth inventory turnover;
3. Manage a team of sorters, receivers, and distribution-related positions (with more than 20 members), including daily scheduling, task allocation, performance tracking, and skill training, to enhance team efficiency and stability;
4. Lead inventory management work, regularly organize inventory checks, monitor the accuracy of receiving, shipping, and distribution processes, analyze inventory discrepancies and delivery issues, and drive improvements to ensure that inventory data is accurate and reliable;
5. Interface with cross-departmental teams including procurement, sales, and logistics to address abnormal issues in the warehouse and distribution process (such as stockouts, incorrect deliveries, and delivery delays), ensuring smooth supply chain collaboration;
6. Be responsible for daily communication with customers (including external customers and internal demand departments), promptly respond to inquiries about inventory, shipment, and delivery progress, and patiently answer questions;
7. Receive and handle customer feedback regarding the warehouse and distribution process (such as damaged packaging, quantity discrepancies, delivery delays, etc.), coordinate internal resources to quickly follow up and resolve issues, ensure customer needs are met, and enhance customer satisfaction;
8. Participate in the development of warehouse and distribution SOPs and supervise their implementation. Continuously optimize operational processes based on customer feedback and operational data, reduce operational costs, and enhance the overall operational efficiency of warehouse and distribution;
9. Respond to and efficiently complete other temporary tasks assigned by the superior, flexibly adjust work arrangements, and ensure that daily operations are not affected.
Job requirements for warehouse Supervisor
1. College degree or above, with a major in logistics management, warehouse management, or related fields preferred;
At least 2.2 years of experience in warehouse and distribution management (experience in both warehousing and distribution is preferred), including at least 1 year of experience in managing a team of over 20 people. Familiar with the entire process of receiving, sorting, inventory management, and distribution. Experience in customer communication is preferred;
3. Possess good English reading and writing skills, and be proficient in handling English documents, emails, or customer inquiries;
4. Possess a strong sense of purpose and execution ability, and effectively drive the achievement of core indicators such as warehouse opening efficiency, order fulfillment rate, delivery compliance rate, and customer satisfaction;
5. Possess excellent team management and communication coordination skills, be adept at listening to customer needs, be patient in solving problems, and coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate implementation;
6. Familiar with warehouse management system (WMS) and distribution-related system operations, with data sensitivity, and able to optimize the entire warehouse and distribution process through data review;
7. Strong service awareness, excellent stress resistance, able to adapt to fast-paced warehouse work, flexibly handle unexpected issues (such as sudden surge in temporary orders, abnormal delivery, etc.) and customer complaints;
8. Possess initiative and flexibility in handling temporary work, be able to quickly coordinate resources and adjust plans, ensuring that temporary tasks are completed efficiently without affecting the progress of core work.
