Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Scheduler to join a dynamic team delivering high-value pharmaceutical facility projects. This role is critical in ensuring project timelines are well-planned, tracked, and optimized across all phases of construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying potential delays and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Support planning activities across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to schedule-related discussions and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal planning standards and client expectations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in pharmaceutical or high-tech industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
