Key Responsibilities
  • Allocating jobs to each technicians and workers going to site
  • Receive, review, and validate employee timesheet submissions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure timely approval in compliance with company policy and payroll deadlines.
  • Coordinate with department heads, supervisors, and payroll to correct discrepancies.
  • Maintain timesheet tracking logs, generate reports, and ensure documentation integrity.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff on timesheet procedures and related policies.
  • Assist with system maintenance, updates, or training related to time-recording systems.
  • Conduct audits to ensure process adherence and accurate reporting.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive employee data.

Requirements & Skills
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field-or relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP or timekeeping systems.
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential data discreetly.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within oil & gas, manufacturing.
