- Allocating jobs to each technicians and workers going to site
- Receive, review, and validate employee timesheet submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely approval in compliance with company policy and payroll deadlines.
- Coordinate with department heads, supervisors, and payroll to correct discrepancies.
- Maintain timesheet tracking logs, generate reports, and ensure documentation integrity.
- Provide support and guidance to staff on timesheet procedures and related policies.
- Assist with system maintenance, updates, or training related to time-recording systems.
- Conduct audits to ensure process adherence and accurate reporting.
- Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive employee data.
Requirements & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field-or relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP or timekeeping systems.
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential data discreetly.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within oil & gas, manufacturing.
