Salary: up to $6,000 + Transport Allowance/Claims
Work Location: East (near EXPO MRT station)
Work Days: 5.5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm / 8:30am to 1pm)

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage contractors and vendors to ensure projects are delivered in line with required standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project schedules, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor key project aspects including cost, quality, scope, resources, and risks.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply project management tools and best practices to drive efficiency and successful outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered within established budgets and timelines.

Requirements:
• Diploma/ holders with at least 5 years of experience in managing interior fit-out or renovation works
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow through
• Proven track record in project and team management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
