Monthly Salary: Base $5,555 + Attractive Commission

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations and management of the salon, driving business performance.

4. Maintain customer relationships and enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of management experience in the beauty industry, with knowledge of beauty products and service processes.
2. Strong sales skills and team management experience, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to handle unexpected situations.
