• Position : Clinic Assistant (SNP) - Up to $3,500 - Mt Elizabeth
• Location : Mt Elizabeth
• Working hours : 5.5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 5.00PM, Saturdays: 9.00AM to 12.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Support daily clinic operations and administrative functions.
• Deliver front-line customer service (appointments, enquiries, cashiering).
• Process insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee claims.
• Liaise with patients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Assist with license renewals and other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Singapore Specialist Clinic.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
