This position encompasses both pre-sales support and post-sales implementation activities, with a stronger emphasis on the latter. Depending on the candidate's experience, responsibilities may include supporting the Sales team in crafting solution proposals, responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and executing solution deployments upon award.
The role may involve leading full implementation projects or contributing to specific phases, based on business needs and individual capability. Candidates with substantial experience may be considered for a Senior Consultant designation, where they will be expected to mentor junior team members and oversee solution delivery to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction.
This role is a key part of our delivery team, contributing to the consistent provision of high-quality outcomes and serving as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Background
We are seeking a committed and adaptable Cybersecurity professional to join our team in a dynamic and evolving role. The ideal candidate is either an experienced Security Engineer or Consultant, or a seasoned Information Technology (IT) professional looking to deepen their exposure to cybersecurity practices. Candidates should possess approximately three to five years of hands-on experience in either the IT or cybersecurity domain.
Experience in implementing, operating, and advising on cybersecurity solutions is highly preferred. Applicants with more extensive experience may be considered for a senior position, with responsibilities that include conducting advisory workshops and performing risk assessments for key clients.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a proactive, 'can-do' attitude and strong analytical troubleshooting capabilities. Given the emerging nature of the security technologies we work with, the role requires a willingness to learn and adapt to new products within a compressed timeframe.
Due to current regulatory requirements set by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), we are only able to consider applications from Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents. This position is based in Singapore.
Qualification
1. Singaporean or Permanent Resident Only
2. 3-5 years' experience in Cyber Security solution with some years of implementation experience in Cyber security projects OR 3-5 years' experience in IT industry with good hands-on of installation/configuration of software products
3. Candidate with prior experience in the following products are preferred:
a. Symantec/Trellix/Skyhigh/Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution
b. Symantec/Trellix Endpoint Protection (SEP) solution
c. Carbon Black EDR
d. Securiti Data Privacy Automation, Data Security Posture Management and GenAI under Data Command Center solution or similar products
4. Some experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure administration
5. Strong understanding of TCPIP, Internetworking, Firewalls, IDS and IPS
6. Some technical exposure in one or more of the following is preferred:
a. Conduct security assessment exercise
b. OS Administration: MS Windows, Linux, SUN Solaris, AIX or HP-UX
c. Technical experience in Microsoft or UNIX hardening will be an added advantage
d. Malware tracing and cleaning
7. Good interpersonal communication skill
8. Able to speak both Mandarin and English fluently
9. Some experience in writing a solution proposal is preferred
10. Passionate about achieving customer satisfaction
11. Passionate about learning new technology
12. Ability to pick up new technology with computer-based training within short-timeframe
13. Able to travel within South-East Asia
14. Industry Security Certification in CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent is an advantage though not necessary
15. Vendors' product certification is an added advantage
16. Must be able to work without supervision
Duties
The expected duties of this role are as follow:
1) As a member of project team to
i) Conduct Assess and Design Workshop for customers,
ii) Assess the gaps of the security controls of organization
iii) Provide solutions to fix the gaps
iv) Carry out installation and configuration of the product purchased by customer
v) Conduct OS hardening according to Security Configuration Compliance Policy such as CIS benchmark
vi) Conduct SIT, UAT and OAT
vii) Conduct training
viii) Create documentation
ix) Provide standby support
x) Provide guidance to associate who do the security operation services if necessary
2) As a member of presales team to
i) Contribute writeup to proposal
ii) Devise methodology to integrate into customer's environment
iii) Research solution if applicable
iv) Present proposal to customer
