About the Job

Oversee BIM processes and coordination across projects. The role involves working closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate and timely BIM deliverables while supporting digital construction initiatives.

• Implement and manage BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams to ensure effective BIM integration.
• Oversee 3D model creation, clash detection, and model coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Support design reviews, constructability analysis, and client presentations.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on BIM tools and processes.
• Monitor BIM progress and provide regular updates to project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in a main contractor environment, preferably in Building projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.
