We are looking for a driven and experienced TikTok talent manager to join our team at Jinley Media. In this contract role, you will be responsible for discovering and developing TikTok creators, building their personal brands, and securing lucrative partnerships and sponsorships. The role can be based in our Central Region office or remote, with flexibility to work from home.

1. Identifying and recruiting talented TikTok creators with strong potential for growth
2. Providing strategic guidance to talent on optimising their content and growing their following
3. Negotiating and managing sponsorship, brand partnership, and other commercial deals for talent
4. Coaching talent on personal branding, audience engagement, and monetisation strategies
5. Analysing content performance and audience data to inform talent development
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry partners

What we're looking for

1. Extensive experience in TikTok influencer marketing and talent management
2. Proven track record of discovering, developing, and monetising TikTok talent
3. Deep understanding of TikTok algorithm, audience trends, and monetisation models
4. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
5. Strong analytical and data-driven approach to talent management
6. Passion for staying ahead of the curve in the fast-moving social media industry
