Job Description:

• Examine and investigate into cause leading to insurance claim
• Interpretation of insurance policy terms and conditions
• Assessment of amount of insurance claim
• Negotiation of insurance claim settlement
• Pursue recovery from other parties where needed
• Visiting sites and conducting assessments (transport allowance provided)

• Dedicated to customer service and KPIs
• Ability to put up detailed reports
• Business and/or technical qualifications an added advantage
• Background in investigation an added advantage
• Possession of class 2B/3 license and own transport an added advantage
• Must had good grasp of English language, with good grammar and writing abilities
• Able to converse in Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or any other local language/dialect
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
