Architectural Site Manager

Job Responsibilities
• Plan, lead, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, including manpower planning and cost control
• Prepare and maintain the master project schedule and ensure alignment with objectives
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
• Lead internal and external meetings to review progress and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce project standards
• Supervise site staff and subcontractors, providing guidance and performance oversight
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety
• Review and approve project documentation, including method statements and risk assessments
• Implement quality control procedures to meet required specifications
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
• Maintain accurate project records and daily reports
• Approve workers' time cards and monitor attendance
• Identify and resolve project delays or inefficiencies with corrective actions
• Mentor and train site staff to uphold best practices and improve performance
• Manage the project budget and control costs effectively
• Promote teamwork, communication, and collaboration across all stakeholders
• Ensure all activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Construction/Building/Architecure/MEP or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements
• Minimum 8-10 years proven experience and experience in data centres will be an added advantage
At least 8 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity
