Key Responsibilities
• Engage corporate customers to understand their IT requirements and propose
suitable solutions (technical support will be provided).
• Prepare quotations and proposals covering IT hardware, software, and
professional services.
• Manage customer accounts proactively by addressing queries, handling
escalations, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Attend and contribute to sales meetings, providing updates on pipeline and
progress.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and
product vendors.
• Continuously upgrade sales and product knowledge through vendor workshops,
online trainings, and certifications.
• Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) to ensure
smooth execution of projects and orders.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and training milestones.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify
new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and partner activities where
required.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of IT sales experience (enterprise IT solutions, hardware,
software, or services preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer and
vendor relationships.
• Proactive, independent, and resourceful with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT solutions (servers, storage, networking, cloud, or
cybersecurity) is advantageous.
• Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
