Key Responsibilities:



Financial Transactions:

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Ensure accurate financial data entry and record-keeping



Administrative Support:

- Provide general administrative support to the finance team

- Handle customer inquiries and supplier communications

- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Only Singaporeans will be considered
