About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our recruitment team. This role focuses on engaging corporate clients, generating leads, and supporting our consultants in expanding client relationships. If you enjoy speaking with business professionals and have a persuasive communication style, this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to corporate clients to generate leads and gather information on hiring needs
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to schedule appointments for recruitment consultants
• Maintain and update client and candidate records in internal databases
• Support recruitment consultants with administrative and documentation tasks
• Handle general office communications and maintain professional client interactions

Requirements:

• Comfortable and confident speaking with corporate clients over the phone
• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with basic experience in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
• Professional, discreet, and eager to learn recruitment processes
