E-Commerce Operations Executive

$2200-$3500 Tai Seng 5days 10am-730pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage wholesale accounts (department stores, distributors, partners) - process orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with logistics & finance.
• Build strong relationships with wholesale partners to ensure timely stock replenishment, sales tracking, and smooth account servicing.
• Oversee e-commerce operations on platforms (e.g., Zalora, Lazada, Shopee, Shopify): upload SKUs, manage product listings, update pricing & promotions.
• Monitor online sales performance, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment with warehouse & merchandising teams.
• Assist in campaign execution (seasonal promotions, online launches, voucher programs) with marketing and retail teams.
• Prepare regular sales & inventory reports for both wholesale and e-commerce channels.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and ensure high customer satisfaction across e-commerce platforms.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in wholesale account management, sales coordination, or e-commerce operations (preferably in fashion/retail).
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Zalora, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) and digital merchandising.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication skills to liaise across sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
