Located in the heart of Dempsey Hill, Ministry of Crab Singapore is renowned for its signature seafood dishes and vibrant atmosphere. We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

• Analyze sales data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development

• Ensure that customers receive outstanding service and have a memorable dining experience.

• Regularly interact with customers to gather feedback and make improvements based on their preferences.

• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the restaurant.

• Greeting guests and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

What we are looking for

• 3 years of prior experience in management and wine service, preferably in upscale dining settings.

• Strong hospitality and leadership skills, coupled with in-depth wine knowledge and passion for customer satisfaction.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Proficiency in reservation and point-of-sale systems.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
