[ Job Requirements ]
- Reporting to Managing Director of the Credit Portfolio Management team.
- Drive the funds activities in terms of the end to end process completion and quality control.
- Project management for all the pipelines and upcoming deals with relevant stakeholders within the company as well as external Japanese stakeholders which include the lenders, the insurer, and the investors.
- Manage entire framework including appropriate measurements in Japanese legal documents.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting. Drive the strategic discussion of the future of the funds.
[ Job Requirements ]
- Bachelor Degree or above
- At least 10 years of cross border project management/product management experiences in the finance industry.
- Requred high proficiency in both English and Japanese language (equivalent to JLPT N1) , oral and written, to liaise with clients and business associates.
- Ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across different levels.
- Experience working in Japanese banking business environment.
