What You'll Do

• Craft and design menus that excite and delight diners.
• Standardize kitchen processes while managing food costs effectively.
• Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, consistent dishes.
• Drive product R&D, seasonal menu innovations, and culinary creativity.
• Play a key role in profit-sharing and long-term brand development.

What We're Looking For

• Mastery of at least one of the following cuisines: Chinese, Vegetarian, Japanese, Western, or Indian.
• Prior kitchen management experience preferred.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with passion for building and growing a brand together.
• Strong commitment to hygiene, standardization, and consistency.
