You will be guiding clients through their property financing journey by providing tailored solutions, building trusted relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience from application to approval. Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell property financing solutions, including home loans, refinancing, and renovation loans
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, property agents, and partners to generate new business opportunities
• Provide expert financial advice, matching clients with the most suitable property financing solutions
• Guide clients through the end-to-end process, ensuring smooth application, approval, and disbursement
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, customer service) to deliver excellent client experiences

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline

• Min 2 years of experience in soliciting for commercial loans

• Experience in property financing, banking, mortgage advisory, or sales would be an added advantage
