Sales Interior Designer (Full Commission)

About Us

Jasco Furniture & Interior Decorator Pte Ltd is a growing interior design and renovation firm with strong in-house carpentry capabilities. We are seeking motivated Sales Interior Designers to join our team on a full commission basis with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and consult with clients on design needs, budget, and lifestyle.
• Prepare design concepts, proposals, and quotations.
• Manage projects from design to completion with client satisfaction in mind.
• Coordinate with carpentry, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Upsell furniture, styling, and value-added services.

Requirements

• Sales-driven with experience in Interior Design / Renovation / Property / Furniture (preferred).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Independent, motivated, and results-oriented.
• Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is an advantage.
• Able to generate own leads (company will also provide).

Compensation

• Full Commission Basis (No Basic Salary)
