Job Description

• Process end-to-end sales and purchases transactions using in-house software (Archangel) for mechanical or engine-related repair jobs and supply of marine products and services to vessels.
• Submit cost-effective quotations promptly to customers and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
• Coordinate with Production team for manpower utilization, logistics, variations and entry requirements
• Finalize order summary and close the sales transaction for invoicing
• Perform other jobs as maybe assigned

Qualifications Required

• At least 3 years of indoor sales or commercial experience in the marine shipyard or shipping sector
• Holds a diploma/degree in mechanical or electrical engineering studies
• Proficient in sales and purchase processes using a software and able to work independently
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet customer requirements
• With sense of urgency and good inter-personal skills
• Immediately available candidates preferred
